The name NO CARDIO emerged from the hatred of working out, and was created out of the urge to blow off steam and get back to the root of having fun with music. Taking inspiration from artists like early Kesha and Azealia Banks, the attitude of songs like “Money” and “Fun” offer an upbeat and carefree perspective to life.
